1. Scrapping of the Philippine Mining Act of 1995 and the enactment of an Alternative People's Mining Act;
2. Rejection of the Revitalization of the Mining Industry (EO 270-A) and the National Minerals Action Plan;
3. Moratorium on Large-Scale Mining
